Why do i keep sinning
well none of us are worthy...romans 3:10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one: james 1:2-3 2 My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations;
3 Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.
4 But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.
its really up to us to trust Jesus and be like I know you can change me lord. you know i have absolutely no power in this..........2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. ................so then we should ask ourselves if we are trying to do something out of our own effort or are we letting Jesus make Changes in our lives for us... ephisian 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:.... we were all born into sin... Romans 10:3
For not knowing about God's righteousness and seeking to establish their own, they did not subject themselves to the righteousness of God.............. Proverbs 20:9
Verse Concepts
Who can say, "I have cleansed my heart, I am pure from my sin"?............................................... and this doest mean we are not capable of living without sin it just stating we cant do it foer ourselfs..............galations 2 :16 Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.....

4 Scriptures on self effort
- 1 Corinthians 10:13 13 There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able;but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
- Titus 2 1 You, however, must teach what is appropriate to sound doctrine. 2 Teach the older men to be temperate, worthy of respect, self-controlled, and sound in faith, in love and in endurance. 3 Likewise, teach the older women to be reverent in the way they live, not to be slanderers or addicted to much wine, but to teach what is good. 4 Then they can urge the younger women to love their husbands and children, 5 to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home, to be kind, and to be subject to their husbands, so that no one will malign the word of God. 6 Similarly, encourage the young men to be self-controlled. 7 In everything set them an example by doing what is good. In your teaching show integrity, seriousness 8 and soundness of speech that cannot be condemned, so that those who oppose you may be ashamed because they have nothing bad to say about us. 9 Teach slaves to be subject to their masters in everything, to try to please them, not to talk back to them,10 and not to steal from them, but to show that they can be fully trusted, so that in every way they will make the teaching about God our Savior attractive.11 For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all people. 12It teaches us to say “No” to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age, 13 while we wait for the blessed hope—the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, 14 who gave himself for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for himself a people that are his very own, eager to do what is good.15 These, then, are the things you should teach. Encourage and rebuke with all authority. Do not let anyone despise you.
- James 3 1 My brethren, be not many masters, knowing that we shall receive thegreater condemnation. 2 For in many things we offend all. If any man offendnot in word, the same is a perfect man, and able also to bridle the whole body.3 Behold, we put bits in the horses' mouths, that they may obey us; and we turn about their whole body. 4 Behold also the ships, which though they beso great, and are driven of fierce winds, yet are they turned about with a verysmall helm, whithersoever the governor listeth*. 5 Even so the tongue is alittle member, and boasteth great things. Behold, how great a matter a littlefire kindleth! 6 And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongueamong our members, that it defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire thecourse of nature; and it is set on fire of hell. 7 For every kind of beasts, andof birds, and of serpents, and of things in the sea, is tamed, and hath beentamed of mankind*: 8 But the tongue can no man tame; it is an unruly evil,full of deadly poison. 9 Therewith bless we God, even the Father; andtherewith curse we men, which are made after the similitude of God. 10 Outof the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. My brethren, thesethings ought not so to be. 11 Doth a fountain send forth at the same placesweet water and bitter? 12 Can* the fig tree, my brethren, bear olive berries?either a vine, figs? so can no fountain both yield salt water and fresh. 13 Whois a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? let him shew out of agood conversation his works with meekness of wisdom. 14 But if ye havebitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth.15 This wisdom descendeth* not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish.16 For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.17 But the wisdom that is from above is first pure*, then peaceable, gentle,and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, andwithout hypocrisy.18 And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace.
- Colossians 3:23 Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men,
